Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed after business hours begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary by location. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Any free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly advertised and applied automatically at checkout.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship primarily through UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on order size and destination.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
In-Store Pickup
Customers located near Mission, Texas (Rio Grande Valley area) may select Free In-Store Pickup at checkout.
Orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a notification when your order is available for pickup.
A valid ID and your order confirmation are required for pickup.
Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled.
Local Delivery
We offer Local Delivery within select areas of the Rio Grande Valley for qualifying orders.
Delivery fees and minimum order requirements may apply (shown at checkout).
Delivery times are scheduled after your order is confirmed.
If no one is available at the delivery address, re-delivery may require an additional fee.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may be offered on select products; customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for high-value or oversized items.
Damages & Lost Packages
Inspect your order upon delivery.

Any visible damage
All damage or loss claims must be filed with the carrier. We will assist in the claims process but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Incorrect shipping addresses
Situations outside our control
