Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale products
Special-order items
Open-box or previously installed products
Items returned without all original components may be subject to additional deductions.

### *Refunds*
All refunds for *non-defective items* are subject to a *15% restocking fee*.
Shipping charges are *non-refundable*.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective on arrival, etc.).
If approved, refunds will be issued to the *original payment method*. Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
As an alternative, customers may choose *store credit for the full purchase amount* with *no restocking fee*.
